OTHER BUSINESS

Wayne reported that he had heard of a formal complaint re the Toomey appeal issue but that he had not received anything formal.  The brief was due Friday, April 20th; Wayne has a meeting scheduled with the town lawyer on Monday, April 23rd.  Carl Hommel indicated he had heard from Mr. Toomey who was trying to locate Wayne to serve the complaint.

Wayne reported that weather at the island had been miserable, wet, trees were down, road repairs had been attempted but snow up to 15 inches deep was still on some of the roads and covering most of the water lines, lake water level was up to 266 feet MSL.   The water tank had been flushed but not the lines because most of the shutoffs were still under snow.  Kimbro hopes to have the new apron at the island ferry landing completed by Wednesday, 25 April.

MOTION to adjourn at 7:26 PM made by John Nun and seconded by Grace Morin – UNANIMOUS.

Respectfully submitted,

John B. Nun
