Sound System - Equipment has been purchased and expected to be installed this week.
Marina Committee: Revisions of Handbook will be coming

PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS FROM PUBLIC:
Ernie Wrzesinsky questioned the policy on contractors using brush dump.
The brush dump is to be open on Saturdays, chipper is to be present, and an attendant is to be on duty while brush dump is open.
Haul Out Facility - A settlement has been reached with Atlantic
MOTION to adjust the amount to be paid to Atlantic Mechanical, Inc. to $176,180.00 made by Bob Roberts and seconded by James Kuiken - Unanimous
System - The application for funding has been submitted.
The Pressure Reducing Valves have been purchased and are being installed. Filtration equipment has been purchased from Point Sebago.
Administration Building - Shelley Engineering is working on bid package.
Law Enforcement - Still working on procedures. The cost of insurance is approximately $1600.00 per year for liability.
Insurance - Who is providing liability insurance, FII or Town?
Ansul System for the cafe is recommended by the insurance company.
of Ferry - Need to maintain a temperature of 50 degrees to paint.
The cost to paint one ferry is approximately $6,000.00.
Wayne to ultrasound hull of ferry boat.
Assets - Working with Don Talbot on schedule of fixed assets.
Impact Fee Ordinance - Table until the October 4, 2003 Special Selectmen's Meeting.
2004 Budget - Need separate article for Town Meeting for Ferry Ticket price increase.
Civil Emergency Management and Preparedness Ordinance - Ordinance is being written.
